Order processing time,

  • Orders are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like customs, weather, or carrier delays 


Order tracking,

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly via the carrier’s website. 


International Orders,

  • International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

  • Delays caused by customs are out of our control but we’ll do our best to keep you informed.


Undeliverable Packages,

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
