At womaani, we take great care to ensure that each saree you receive is crafted with love and quality. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Opening video mandatory at any case of return or refund

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of delivery

  • Sarees must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Return is initiated due to:

    • Wrong item received

    • Damaged or defective product

    • Size or style mismatch (for ready-to-wear items)

Made-to-order, customized, or sale items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

 

Not Eligible for Return ,

  • Sarees that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged due to misuse

  • Returns requested beyond 7 days of delivery

  • Custom-stitched or blouse-stitched orders

  • Color variation 

  • Slight damages due to weaving process

 

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or SMS.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges only for size or item mismatches, subject to stock availability.

  • To request an exchange, contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.


Steps for Return Process,

  1. Initiate Return: Email us at sales@womaani.com or WhatsApp us at +91-9994739199 with your order number and issue.

  2. Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return shipping process.

  3. Ship the Item: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.


Important Notes

  • Please pack the saree securely to avoid damage in transit.

  • Keep proof of shipping or tracking until your return is confirmed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item does not meet our return conditions.
