Orders, Payment & Cancellation Policy

 

Welcome to womaani your ultimate saree destination. Please read our Orders & Payment Policy to understand how we process, confirm, and handle payments for your purchases.

  • Orders can be placed directly through our website www.womaani.com

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and a summary of your purchase.

  • If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at sales@womaani.com

  • All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once processed, your order will be shipped and you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • In case of any delays (e.g., out-of-stock items or custom requests), we will notify you or reach you out promptly.

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, etc.)

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

  • Net Banking (via major Indian banks)

  • Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, etc.)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)* – Available for select locations and subject to order value limits

Note: All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. We do not store or have access to your card/payment details.

  • For international orders, your bank or credit card provider may apply currency conversion rates and fees.

  • Shipping charges, taxes, and duties (where applicable) are calculated at checkout.

  • If a payment fails, your order will not be confirmed.

  • In case your payment is debited but you don’t receive an order confirmation, please contact us with your payment reference number.

  • Orders can be changed or cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.

  • Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

For your protection, we may request identity verification or additional information for high-value or suspicious orders. Orders flagged for potential fraud will be held until verified.
